I’m a business coach, mentor, and entrepreneur with a passion for helping people grow - in their careers, their businesses, and themselves. My background spans leadership, entrepreneurship and mentoring, but what drives me today is creating the space for clients to think clearly, explore options, and build confidence in their decisions. I know first-hand how challenging it can be to balance ambition with uncertainty, and how valuable it is to have the right support at the right time. That’s why my approach is built on empathy, clarity, and a genuine belief in every client’s potential.
My style is intuitive and empathetic, shaped by years of leading teams and mentoring individuals across different industries. Coaching, for me, is not about giving answers but about asking the right questions - and mentoring is about sharing perspective when it’s most useful. Clients tell me they value my ability to combine both.
I’m accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and work with senior managers, business owners, and entrepreneurs who are navigating change or striving for growth.
I live in the Cotswolds and spend my downtime travelling, staying active, enjoying live music, and fundraising for Pancreatic Cancer UK - a cause close to my heart.

From Business to Coaching
My career has always been shaped by leadership, growth, and the drive to help others succeed. I began in estate agency, and by my late twenties I had stepped into senior director roles. Those early years taught me what it means to deliver results under pressure, manage responsibility at pace, and, most importantly, inspire teams to perform at their best.
In 2003 I moved into the interiors sector, drawn by the opportunity to combine commercial strategy with creativity. Four years later, I founded Andrew Henry Interiors and grew it into a multi-million-pound company, working with many of the UK’s leading housebuilders. Always keen to evolve, I later launched a sister company focused on helping private buyers personalise their homes - a step that reflected both entrepreneurial instinct and a belief that business works best when it connects deeply with people.
In early 2024, after a couple of life-altering events, I took the opportunity to pause and re-evaluate what I wanted the next chapter of my career to look like. That reflection led me to embark on my coaching journey with Barefoot, one of the UK’s leading coaching organisations.
I have not looked back. Today, I continue to build The Elan Consultancy - bringing together everything I’ve learned about leadership, business, and growth to support people in creating clarity, resilience, and success in their own careers and lives.
